An adequate and balanced nutrition is an important point that helps keep healthy or advance general health. Balanced diet is an essentialness for lowering several health risks. Balanced nutrition is also provides good protection from the acute and chronic diseases such as cancer, cardiac diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, ovarian cysts and especially gastrointestinal disorders. Besides, well-balanced diet slows the aging process and enables people to stay young both physically and spiritually. Separately, eating healthy foods is the best and healthy way for losing weight. What should we do for healthy eating? First of all, I would like to draw your attention to this point: Healthy diet is not enough to just eating healthy! Having an adequate amount of water is the most essential part of correct balanced food habits. The essential nutrients come flowingly. A well-balanced diet is to be in a routine nutrition which is composed of macronutrients and micronutrients. Macronutrients are essential nutrients and calories to fulfill the need of human body energy as fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. Micronutrients are other food-drink should not cause toxicity and overweight as vegetables, herbs, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts, vitamins and minerals. Then, what are the principles of healthy nutrition and healthy eating awareness? The main advices with respect to both public and persons are: 1-Never neglect to drink water! Do not wait to be thirsty to drink water! 2-Achieve a healthy weight and weight control diet! Besides, avoid overweight! 3- Limit intaking total fat content and stand clear of saturated fats, unsaturated fats, trans-fatty acids and margarines. 4-Limit intaking sugar! 5-Limit intaking sodium or salt from all resources! Besides, limited sodium intaking should be iodized salt. 6- Try to intaking fresh fruits, herbs, vegetables, nuts, legumes, whole grains and seeds. The other balanced diet recommendations contain the following items:

The essential amino acids are necessary for human body in order to provide cell renewal, cell repair, cellular rejuvenescence and active protein transport. The bovine animals, small cattle, poultries, fishes, marine fisheries and eggs contain the vital amino acids together in their meat products. Some herbs also present these essential amino acids. Those who leave out meat products or vegan may yet simply intake all these fundamental amino acids in their aliments via herb products, grain products, legumes and plant seeds. It is identified that our know-how to food consumption from beginning babyhood up to puberty has an effect on our perspective food habits in later lifetime. We should pay attention for choosing a well-balanced diet such as calorie restricted diet, high-protein diet, plant-based diet, low salty diet, fat free diet and weight control diet.
